morning ladies!


b: puffed kashi, strawberries, soy milk


s: peach


l: deli chicken (cuz packaged kind is nasty) sandwich on ww, celery & pb


s: yogurt


d: k, whoops, i forgot since i'm going salsa dancing i gotta get something on the road... not sure what yet!


e: AM hour walk/jog, PM salsa dancing w/ lilykind & esquiress (ETA: aw, no esquiress, but me & LK will have a blast!)

B-1 slice toast, 1 cup kashi w. skim milk, 1/4 cup blueberries


L-Amy's tofu and rice bowl


Workout: Took it easy today because I worked out for 4 hours yesterday! Yikes-I didn't do it on purpose though. So today I did 45 minutes cardio (running and elliptical) and I lifted for my glutes and quads.

Afternoon.  I think I avoided this topic yesterday because I was bad


B: light applesauce and a no pudge brownie


L: soy chicken sandwich with cheese and ketchup, 2 baby nectarines, 2 no pudge brownies


D: going to a banquet for the bf and brother.  Sure it will be fatening junk.

I was bad yesterday too.

L: 1/2 ham and brie on baguette, clam showder

D: dunno. I have class tonight so I'll probably just have a leftover slice of pizza when I get home.

i should do this more regularly- my first post was the other day!


B: green tea, stone wheat crackers and smoked nova salmon, yummm (this was at 7am then back to bed, woke up sick from dumb roomie setting thermostat to 60 deg.)


second B: smart ones peperoni pizza calzone, small glass of OJ


E: elliptical for 35 mins, then ran a mile on the track, walked half a mile, stretched


S: pineapple smoothie (splurge at 450 calories but so many nutrients and protein)


second S: veggie corndog


Dinner : tbd
