d: ww spaghetti, italian meat sauce (premade in refridgerated meat section - soooo good), broccoli (had this meal last night too & it was great!)
e: AM hour walk/jog
c: skipped yoga last night cuz i wanted to get my hw done (just one class, i still have 2 more to do) & then had to grocery shop... also spent over $50 on groceries, but i'm doing some hair modeling today which will pay $50 so i figure that i break even!
I'm so sporatic in posting on this thread. I think I forget... or something.
B: two whole grain waffles, 1 tablespoon of whipped pb, some spray butter
L: chicken ceasar salad from jason's deli with fat free italian dressing
D: don't know yet - going to a movie with girlfriends and trying to hit the mall for a gift and what have you so we'll see. maybe a sandwhich on wheat & no cheese from jimmy johns. sounds yummy.
E: sadly none. i'm a lazy bum today. going to a movie with friends instead. i've been feeling the need for a long run though. maybe i'll wake up early tomorrow morning (yeah right!)
