I'm privvy to information at the Microsoft office here in Austin.
Just found out their satellites that take digital images of the earth is going to be passing over the mid-western states at 3:00 PM CST.
The following states will be imaged at the following times:
Texas: 2:45 PM Oklahoma: 3:00 PM Kansas: 3:20 PM Nebraska: 3:30 PM South Dakota: 4:00 PM North Dakota: 4:20 PM
They say if you stand outside for about 10 minutes during those times, if your in those states, you can wave up in the air. When Microsoft releases the images, you can use Virtual Earth to zoom into your location and see yourself.
My brother's in-laws were outside their house the last time it happened here and they are on google earth. And not happy about it (although I think it's hilarious.)
