So I bought this at Williams Somona because it looked like a lot of fun (and it's only $12!) WOW it is awesome! We had calzone night a few nights ago and tried it for the first time. I bought a big ball of pizza dough, a ton of mozz. cheese, and whatever fillings we could jam in there (pepporini, mushrooms, pineapple, veggies etc.) You just lay the dough in the mold, squeeze it shut, slide them onto a baking sheet and bake! So much fun! Definitely get one :)

I was looking at that earlier and wondered how it'd work. They had smaller ones for apple pocket pies in the Fall. I may need to cave and get one.

haha when I opened this I thought it was about mold and I could not for the life of me figure out why this would be a topic. Duh.

That's such an awesome idea! My calzones never stick together and make a huge mess in the pan.
