I'm going to have the iPod conversion kit installed in my Z4 tomorrow.  I can't wait!  No more CDs and burning them before I go in my car (and I always forgot!).  I can just plug and go!!


Has anyone else had this done?

I actually just picked my mom's BMW up and she had the same thing done. It worked out well and there was no issues.

I had done in my vehicle too. I can't believe I lived w/ out it. I no longer have millions of cds cluttering up my vehicle. Love it love it love it.

oooo! you're gonna love it!  i had it installed in my MINI when i bought it!  i drive all over for work- so it is really nice to have in areas where i don't know the good stations!  and it also eliminated all the cds i used to keep in my car...

what is the average price to have it installed in your car by bmw?  I was thinking of getting it done in mine.

for my MINI (which i believe the installation costs are the same) it was $350.  its fantastic and SO worth the money!
