Interesting. I'll have to give that a try.
I love lowfat ricotta as a snack, I eat it w/ berries.
It's also good with vanilla extract, almond extract, or cocoa powder. (as 3 seperate creations, not all together)

put almond slices with the almond extract
and cocoa powder and a few mini dark choc chips---
