no - not living there thankfully! plaster will be finished today or tomorrow, then floors refinished through the entire house before the cabinets go in...

The cabinets came in and they were the wrong color.  Representatives from Kraftmaid came out and took pictures in comparison to the sample I ordered from, and offered to replace all the cabinets.  Long story short, the kitchen has been delayed. 

New cabinets will arrive on May 18th, and they'll pack up the wrong cabinets and take them away on the same day.  Then the cabinet inspection and hopeful installation will happen after that...

cabinets were delivered and they're gorgeous!!! yay

next step is have them inspected by the installer on Friday morning, and they might begin installation next week -- I can't wait!

nothing to really take a picture of yet, except for hardwood floors.  when the cabinet installation begins, I'll capture that.

WOW! That kitchen is looking great! I especially like how the sides of the cabinets look like doors. I bet you can't wait to see it all complete. I can't wait to see pics of the backsplash!

 I think the cherry cabinets are absolutely gorgeous.  I can't wait to post pics of the finished product, myself!  Tile will take a while since I have to wait for it to be made to order...  Countertops are next.
