I was bored at the end of work so I did some researsh and made a Real World fill in the blank game for myself and what do you know, I always won. I think it's time to change it up cause I am getting so sick of the same ol'.

Tired, tired stuff here MTV and in the austin cast did all of the controversial things in the very first f'in eppisode! Gee, the rest of the season should be so exciting and unexpected!
Okay, not to get too technical, but I thought Randy from the San Diego season was from Boston. I also don't know if I would considered MJ a "dork" he epitomizes the jock frat boy to me. My bf said he thought MJ looked like Michaelangelo’s David.
I do agree that they typecast, but I thick they have to. If they put a bunch of people that were similar and all would get along in a house it probably wouldn't be that much fun to watch.

Yeah, I agree with this. If they picked all people who had similar backgrounds there would be no show or controversy. They wouldn't 'learn' anything about other people and cultures if they were all the same.
I do agree, though, that the typecasting gets tired. It's almost like they took the mold of the first season and were like, "Who's going to Eric? Who's going to be such and such?" (sorry can't remember names right now) and just cast every season from that mold.

You are too funny - i laughed at this forever, although it's sad that it's so true!
I don't think they are pushing the homo-sexual thing as much anymore, maybe because it's so accepted now. Yes, there have been a few on recent shows, but it seems that the controversy they are always looking for now days is for the jock-y guy and the slut in the house to hook up. It's just so boring to me. Now they are all going to have to get some job and they will all fight about it, yawn, yawn, yawn.
Have there really been 16 seasons of the Real World? I still remember watching the first one when it started like it was yesterday. Norm, Heather B and Julie roller skating to Finally by CeCe Peniston...Yikes I am getting old!!
