This made me laugh. You really have to read all the pages at the bottom. "I will have the time and will keep you informed so unless your watch is a piece of jewelry you don't need it. Put a bangle on instead."

(Not that she's wrong about some of these rules...but it's still hilarious.)

Oh my god. This chick is crazy. I started typing out my favorite bits but there were just too many! I feel bad for any girls who feel like it's important to follow these rules!

These are very funny. However I speak from experience, for recruitment they are totally necessary. My favorite is the one about too short pants as that is also my pet peeve.

ITA!!!!  I don't mean to be mean but some of the outfits that my girls wore during recruitment and at events were horrendous.  Esp things like mismatching clothing, too sloppy or casual, wrong shoes, etc.  We didn't really enforce a dress code but I wish we had!  Also, watches were a big NO NO because people tend to look at them and it is generally rude and unsociable.

That said, this woman is terrible and seems so superficial, citing only certain brand names to be allowable.  Sorta feeds into the stereotype.

Wow.  This peach is going to be a real treat when she enters the workforce, and ends up being one of my managers.  Wow.

I totally see it for recruitment when you are trying to put your best face forward. My chapter went as far as to require us all to use the same dress pattern in a specific fabric purchased for us by the rush chair or the same dress from Express in specific colors. During rush workshop we had to put on the clothes so that the rush chair and alums could approve them.  The rest of the year wasn't so bad or strict - just wear makeup if you wear your letters and dress up to wear your pin. Rush was just the exception.

According to one of the comments, it was apparently supposed to be an inside joke for the sorority. I really hope so. Cause it's hilarious.
