morning ladies!


b: puffed kashi, blackberries, pearl (new soy milk brand i'm using)


s: orange


l: ham sandwich on ww, celery & peanut butter


s: yogurt


d: turkey burger (had the alfredo last night), cantaloupe


w: skipped the walk this AM so i could get to work early cuz i have a date/party tonight, but i will do my yoga video when i get home before i clean my apt. & shower

B: puffed kashi with banana and 1/2 c. skim milk (5 pts)


L: chicken spagetti, 1/2 orange, 1/2 cup grapes (7 pts)


S: 1 cup cherries (1 pt)


D: blackened tilapia (1 pt), corn or peas (2 or 0 pts), bread (.5 pts)
