Ok, girls, i was a bit of a slacker, but now i'm back & u r too (cuz i need motivation & support)...


b: puffed kashi, blackberries, silk


s: orange


l: tuna sandwich on ww, pb & celery


s: yogurt


d: turkey burger (lean turkey) & cantaloupe


w: already did an hour walk b4 work (yay me!) & plan on doing hour yoga video when i get home... oh & btw, it's been almost a week without candy!!!  i'm so proud of myself!!

yay! it's back! (I have not been behaving myself well enough to start the post myself...)


B: coffee and strawberries


L: light bagel with laughing cow cheese and sliced strawberries on top- absolutely divine.


D: dunno.I thought my firend was coming to my place to study tonight, meaning that I would have a chance to eat before she got there, but now we're meeting at the library. I guess it depends on how hungry I am and if I can wait to eat- I have some brown rice tossed with avocado, crab, and cucumber at home that i want to eat...it's kind of like makeshift california roll.


E: I am still sore from this weekend- Oh my. I have not worked out in forever but we did an hour bike ride and an hour of tennis on both days this weekend.

yay!  thanks crystal for posting, i was too lazy to do it myself!


breakfast: bowl of strawberries and green tea


lunch:  green salad with italian dressing and diet coke


dinner: don't know yet... either a salad or veggies or fruit


exercise:  PUSH dvd, 10 mins of jump rope and a 30 min. jog


*** found out last night at rehearsal that they would love for me to wear "hot pants" or "cheek huggers" as one girl put them!  ACK!!!!!!!!!!  my chubby thighs can't take it... lots more cardio for bex in the coming 4 weeks before the show opens!

mmm, ur lunch & dinner sound yummy!  that "makeshift CA roll" is SUCH a good idea!!  i think i'm gonna try it next time i go to the store!  oh & bex, i'm sure ur gonna look sooooo hot in those hotpants!  i have a friend w/ totally sexy legs & muscular thighs & she's always getting down on herself for having "big thighs", but she must be on crack cuz it's obvious they are muscular... no cottage cheese to speak of!!!  if that is the case w/ u, please do not kill urself trying to have "skinny thighs" cuz muscular thighs are sexy too!

Oh my, we're back to this are we? Okay. Motivation. That's the word.


b: reduced-fat english muffin with fat-free strawberry cream cheese


l: greek salad with dressing on side - used maybe one tablespoon of it & piece of pita bread


d: probably some chicken with veggies my momma made for me this weekend and some broccoli (yum!) and maybe a bit of brown rice on the side. we'll see if i get that invested in the kitchen tonight.


e: 1/2 hour cardio and legs tonight - yaaaay gym!

Yay! I was going to start this back up today.  Great minds think alike!


B: puffed kashi and banana with 1/2 cup milk (5 pts)


L: msf corndog and a small apple (4 pts)


D: something with ground turkey.


E: none today.
