I have been doing pretty well on my shopping ban....but I saw this and I am in love!! What do u guys think, does it have longevity...do you even like it??
is a price that you consider reasonable? if so, get it. i like it and think that it has longevity, but i am partial to embroidery. even if embroidery does end up being a trend, it hasn't reached that critical mass where one would get sick of it. so i definitely think it's a top you could enjoy this summer and probably next summer too.
Beautiful! I really think it is a unique piece and if you love it that much I definately think you should go for it. I even see it working in early to mid fall (I know, I can't believe I'm thinking about fall already!).
I definitely see that with a pair of brown trousers and marc jacobish shoes. for fall.
and for spring a nice white skirt.
my ONLY concern (cuz i think you should get it...)is the color. sometimes that color can be hard to wear.

if you can swing it, get it. it really is a great top and as fp said will work in the fall, especially if you live in a warmer climate. (i'm all about fall too)
I said "Whoa!" when I saw the price. It is so gorgeous, but (to me) that's too much for a blouse that looks like it may be delecate and hard to care for. As for longevity, I think that this style is good, if the shirt holds up.
Well, currently I'm trying to put myself on a shopping ban, so I'm gonna try to give you some support to continue how well you've been doing!
If you really love it, then I would suggest to at least wait a little. If you wait a couple of weeks, and still love it just as much as you do now, then get it! But if you start to find yourself liking it alittle less and less as time goes by, just think about what you'd think of that shirt after months!
As someone on a shopping ban, I say no. It's really pretty and I totally acknowledge the gorgeousness and versatility and everything, but it looks like it's worth maybe $115 to me. I wouldn't pay $175. Wait for the sale and then receive the ultimate satisfaction of not having paid full price.
It is absolutely adorable. I think it is worth the $$ if you have the cash. However, if you are really trying to stick to your shopping ban I'd pass, it is a lot of money for one item.
