Anyone used them? I've read a couple articles about them in "Experience Life", and want to try them. I picked up a 10lb one at Target, but haven't started (go figure). I'm pretty interested, though!

I use them all the time. My trainer LOVES them, and we incorporate them into at least a few exercises during my workout. I started out with a 16lb one, and now, I am at 35 lbs. They really help with strengthening your core. :)

Have fun! There's a lot of websites that have different exercises and workouts that you can use to help change things up a bit.

My husband is a trainer and LOVES them. There is really a lot you can do with them. I've used them a few time and like them too.

Here's an article about it from last year.  My trainer is Brian.

I just saw in the Dick's Sporting Goods magazine that Jillian Michales has a set that are adjustable, from 3-20 pounds.
