Make sure you can get your items back if they dont sell.

Make sure that if you dont want your items back that the shop will give you a receipt for a donation (TAX WRITEOFF!)

Make sure that the place can and will cut you a check for your sales anytime or at least once a month. (I had a place before only cut checks 4 times a year.. which was totally annoying and a total scam!)

Also make sure the mark-up isn't too high. If the prices are extremely high, your items will not sell.
