I absolutely love them except for the 3" heel.  Im barely 5' & hubby is 6'1", so I have a 4" min heel on all my shoes.  I love the wedge heel, it's not too chunky & very sleek.  Plus for $16.99 maybe hubby wont mind me breaking my shopping ban.

I am 5'1" and my bf is 6'3".

I wear FLATS all the time! (heels sometimes, too)

the ones you posted.  If you want a higher heel, I saw these on payless website too.  These have a 3.5 in heel.
