I havent tried it but i have been wanting to! I have seen the infommericals and although they all "claim" that their products work, i think this will really help tone bc working on the ball i heard is the best thing for you. When ur on the ball for all the exercises, you are working your abs the whole time trying to stabalize urself AND your toning your other muscles. Let me know how it works out for you bc i am thin, but i just want to get more toned up.
I have it. I'm not very good about exercising regularly but I do like it. I like that they involve hand weights because otherwise I probably wouldn't use them. I feel like you use many different areas of the body. I think it's a good ab workout. I can't really say I've gotten such and such results because I'm so sporadic.
