wow, all of you are sounding so fit!! i'm feeling the lazy bum here ... for me, it's tennis 4-5 times a week. trying to get started on the yoga/weights classes at gym but i find that i frequently cant make it cos i gotta work very late. i play tennis at 7am, and that's the only time i can fit into my schedule predictably.

am keen on fencing, but heard it can be uncomfortable and the equipment is expensive. hee, and of cos, i watch what i eat too!

Pilates about 3 times a week.  I wish I had time to do it more that that.

My boyfriend's a personal trainer so he has me do cardio (run on treadmill or elipitical) twice a week and strength training (weights, squats, etc) 1-2 times a week.  We also take a lot of walks.

now that it's nice out i usually ride my bike in the morning at least 5-6 miles along a hilly route while pulling a bike trailer holding my son. it's not that far, put quite a workout pulling the extra 40 or so pounds. on the weekends i'll go for a longer ride while my husband pulls the trailer. (i don't ride everyday though)

i swim each and everyday that i am able to (depending on the weather here) and try to squeak in some kind of workout, usually some laps.

i run when i feel like it, usually in the evenings and only about 3-4 miles. my knees are shot from years of hardcore running in my past.

if it's less than nice out i'll do yoga inside, but i tend to reserve that more for the fall/winter months. i use my bike on an indoor trainer in the winter (there are some amazing spinning videos out there that kick my a**) and i have an extensive set of free weights that i use indoors.

i really don't/can't stick to a rigid schedule, i just sort of keep it fun and part of my lifestyle and that works best for me. i cannot stand going to the gym although i think classes are great for motivation and pushing yourself.

okay, i'm officially the laziest piece of crap on this board.  i didn't used to be this bad, but i totally got out of the gym/exercise habit a couple of months ago.  right in time for bathing suit season!  tsk tsk...

i belong to a gym, but go maybe once every week or two.    i play rec softball once a week and every now and then i'll do something random on the weekends, like tennis or a long walk.  thank god for the hills of san francisco, walking them is the only thing that keeps me remotely in shape!

I do yoga and pilates

And the room is full of hotties (ok, grannies)

So, I'm checking out the bodies (or not)

And you know I'm satisfied (meaning I fall asleep at the end of yoga)

I try to take yoga twice a week and pilates twice a week but sometimes...I just don't hear that alarm clock in the mornings to get to class. I need to start doing some cardio. DH is supposed to make up a workout for me, but hasn't gotten around to it yet.

nope, I'm pretty sure I win that title. I seriously do NOT have time to work out. (how do you all do it?!?!). Most days I am at work/class from 8am until 9:30 pm and I need a lot of sleep so even at that its a struggle to get up in time for work.

I try to play tennis at least once on the weekend and I bought a bike last weekend so I might start doing that on Sunday mornings, but that's it. No wonder I'm so damn fat.
