I bought a house

After a really crazy and complicated summer, I decided I was sick of renting and would try to buy a condo. As it turns out, long story short, I could afford to buy a house! I did it on my own without SO. He'll live with me but I have sole ownership of the house.

I signed the papers today and I get possession Dec 10. Yay me! It needs new appliances and a little TLC but it was a smoking deal.
