I went to Marshall Fields today and found they had Uggs for 30% off. I have bought the target knock offs of uggs for the past 2 yrs because i like wearing them in the winter when im away at school. I am always so cold and those kinds of boots are so comfortable. This winter i got so frustrated bc my feet were cold and swore that i would just buy uggs no matter what bc i thought they would keep me warmer. So today i bought some for $70. Now i am thinking about returning them bc i feel its kind of stupid to have them since i already have some of the same kind and since uggs arent in style anymore. But...my main goal is warmth and comfort in the winter around campus. What should i do?
sooooooo worth it! i don't care if they are out. i'm sol on the real deal or at least real fur inside. i bought fake ones many years ago to keep warm and although they kinda did the trick, it couldn't compare when I finally splurged and bought real ones. I'm sold for life for the sake of comfort.

Ok thanks for the advice...cuz im leaning more towards keeping them! They are just so comfortable...now i bought the classic short and tall and i just have to decide which ones to keep. What kind do you have? I just want my jeans to look somewhat normal when i wear them but im not sure which they would look better with.
I would keep the classic shorts if you'll only wear them with jeans. If most of your jeans aren't flared then you'll defintely notice the shaft underneath your jeans.
But if you want to stuff your jeans into your Uggs (out of style but pretty practical when it's cold out), then you should keep the taller one because you can roll the shaft down.
my mom (yes my mom) had the classic short and i have the classic tall. i prefer my tall to her short just b/c i feel like my legs stay warmer b/c the shaft goes higher up my leg. i don't stuff my jeans into them i just wear them on the outside... i my uggs in the wintertime... nothing beats how warm and toasty they are!
I think that I may have to diagree with the others on this one.. In my area anyway.. everyone would look at you and say "What is she doing.. they are SOO 2 year ago".. That would bother me so much, that I would not wear them. But if youre strong enough to take the critism, then I guess go for it... But I still think there has gotta be something out there that will keep your feet warm that aren't so trendy.
Yea ive decided to keep them bc i know once winter rolls around im going to kick myself for not getting them while they were on sale. Now if i could only decide between the tall and the short! I am so bad with things like this...
