I've been thinking about doing this. Just the cut not the color. My hubby says he's indifferent, but he'd have to see it to really know how he felt. I had a pixie cut for a long time, but I'm not sure. I am so not waifish and wonder if I'll look matronly or just out of proportion with such short hair. Opinions, thoughts?
I cut a lot of it, but kept some longer in fron and the sides. The back it totally a pixie cut though. I actually like it.

I agree! I think pixies usually look good on very petite women who could double as a fairy-nymph. I do admire your courage though!!! To get a better idea, maybe try finding the cut on someone who has the same body type?
It's probably not what you want to hear but I agree with Kitty and Xtina. Not only do I not think that looks good on most people, I like your hair as it is - if anything, I'd think you would go longer with it. But - if you're dying for it, hair does grow!

My initial reaction was that you shouldn't do it, but I like how you really made it your own instead of copying the model's hair exactly. I think leaving some pieces long is key. It looks fantastic on you!
