I guess it's not exactly a spring/summer trend, though I see some of it in spring shoes. Boucle is starting to get really old, especially when it pills.
Oh geez! I already have a low tolerance for fads, but this spring I just don't really like what is happening in stores. Mostly I'm sick of sequins and beading. A little bit is good, but it has actually become difficult to find a shirt that doesn't have some type of embellishment. I'm also over the long tiered prairie style skirts.
A longer term trend that I hope runs its course soon is metallic bags and shoes.
Edited to add: I also agree w/ berryhou, I hope the tweed/boucle trend is toned down next fall.
I like the jewelry trends, but hate the peasant/tiered skirts. I think there are maybe 2 people in the world that they are flattering on. I'm also sick of insanely overpriced plain t-shirts (a la C&C). Maybe that doesn't really count as a trend, but I just thought I'd mention that I think it's stupid the amounts of money people will spend on things just to have the label!
