Long story short Intro: I have a great job in my field that I bust my a$$ for, get paid VERY poorly for, work LOTS of overtime, and make ALL of my deadlines.
Bee-otch boss intro: My boss seems to be oblivious to all of this and each time I do something good she says "good job, you get a gold star" Well, apparantly you can't buy a house with effing gold stars so me and my husband (we are young newlyweds, 24 and 23) live in my parents effin house. She has this weird way of being bitchy in a naieve way like she doesn't know she's doing it or wants to practice her boss power every now and again. (She is very ditzy and unorganized)
Story: Yesterday I put in a request for a 1-3 (paid time off) and I got charged for 2 by accident so I emailed my boss. She wrote back that she would fix it and wanted to "remind" me that as of today I have used all my 1-3's for the whole year. (we get like 8)
My courageous email to the bee-otch: using up all my 1-3's made me think of something... Wouldn't it rock if our company rewarded it's employees for all the UNPAID OVERTIME hours we worked? Suggestion box, here I come. Ahh, pipe dreams.
I haven't heard back from her on that but if I get fired I already warned my mom. I just can't take it anymore!!!!
P.S. I am currently sending out resumes to get a new job so don't lose sleep over me getting fired if my boss takes my email to be more then a silly joke. Why's it gotta be so hard to get paid decently for the hard work you do and have to deal with bee-otch bosses??? Someone tell me and have a great memorial day weekend while you are at it!! :)
