I bought a skirt a J Crew last week and after wearing it twice it really bagged out. So I went to return it and the women did not evne flinch, she even went into the racks to find my size for me. Which they didn't have so I just got it in a different color but major thumbs up. I was really afraid they wouldn't take it back since I had worn it!

I love J.Crew. They are always really helpful and accomatdating. I sometimes forget that I am in a J.Crew in the mall and not more of an upscale store.

LOVE J.Crew. Love them Love them Love them. Just had to say that. In DC, I can call ahead and tell them what i need and they'll package it all up for me, take my credit card over the phone and run it out to my car. NOW that's service!
