l: huge homemade salad w/ italian dressing

d: turkey & avocado on ww bread, peach
e: none, class... also none last night, but i got a TON of studying done which is more important at the moment.
B: nothing...left it at home
L: pasta salad
D: dunno- going out to a pub tonight so maybe a chicken sandwich or something. and beer, of course.
E: none. except for frantically packing for the weekend before I go out.

S: Tons 'o water, Donut 'cause I forgot my apple today
L: Apple, carrots, Avacado tomato and cottage cheese sandwich on WW, cranberry juice
D: Veggie soup, rye crackers, cranberry juice
