So I ordered these 2 necklaces from the seller otc44 . I paid for both of them via 'But it Now.' The brown was available but the turqoise was not. So the seller apologized profusely, refunded my $$$ and gave me free shipping. Well when I got my brown necklace, in the box was also the green necklace AND a Citizen watch. I felt bad about not paying for the other 2 things so I emailed the seller to correct the mistake and he emailed this...

About a week later, the turqoise necklace came in and he wrote me if I was still interested. I told him I was and he also comped shipping on that!
I'm sure not everyone will get comped free stuff, but the customer service was so awesome I feel obliged to spread the news.
