Crap. Things are going bad all over the place in my fridge. And I ran out of a bunch of staples that I thought would have lasted me through the week. Make-do meals for me!
B: Raisin bran, banana, coffee
S: Apple
L: Black beans & brown rice in a tortilla, carrots, diet soda
D: Veggie soup, rye crackers
E: Abs, thighs, and packing for me!

are the vitamuffins really good? i am thinking of trying them but don't want to buy a whole box only to hate them....
I actually like them a lot. but I love muffins and haven't had a real one in ages...so I'm not sure how they would taste if you're actually used to the regualr kind. to me they taste normal though.
B: yogurt parfait from McDonalds - first time I ever had one. pretty yummy and only 160 calories (or 3 WW points)
L: veggie sandwich from jason's deli (8 points) and a cup of fruit (1 point)
D: mexican martini! yeah, yeah, yeah. i'm going strict liquid diet tonight. after the martini i'm going for wine. yes, i am.
E: none - got the bday party to go to right after work (hence the liquid diet) but i went for a walk at lunch. not terribly far but it's better than nothing
