So I ordered these two items from Lands End for my trip to Vieques (Bf and I are spending the night with a friend tomorrow.. our flight is at buttcrack on Friday, so we won't be home at all Thursday). I had tracked these items and UPS said that they were delivered on the 19th!

So I called Lands End to tell them what was up.. and without any hassle they credited me on my first order. Replaced the bag (I returned the blanket.. no questions asked), and they are overnighting it to me at work FREE OF CHARGE (I only have to pay for the bag)!!!!!

I wish I liked more of their stuff.. because their customer service is so great! :)

They are SO GREAT about returns. I have bought things from there & returned them after wearing & washing for fading - no questions asked. Their tees are great, but i haven't found much else that I really like there - and I agree that is a shame.
