Found out yesterday that while my homemade veggie soup is good, it isn't very good for maintaining my blood sugar. I had a major crash yesterday and was miserable for the entire afternoon and a good part of the evening. Think I'll save it for dinner from now on!
D: hmmm... I think I'm going to try McDonald's new fruit and walnut salad and see how that goes. (I'm moving next week so I hate to go to the grocery store. At least that's my excuse right now. I'm not sure what it was the past two months that I've refused to go!)
