How do I open private messages. I get to the inbox and see the senders names, date it was sent,message topic and little boxes. I tried clicking on several areas and nothing reveals the message content. I'm clueless. Thanks!

No... you're not a helpless idiot.  It's one of those things that's sort of weird.  Anyway, the message topic (if they've written one in( is clickable and should open it.  If they haven't written a topic, clicking in the topic area that is blank still should open it.  Weird, I know, but nothing we can control...


Let me know if that doesn't work!
