where are my ladies? i had a minor miracle this morning--i have lost 5 lbs!  yay! i don't know how it happened, but it did.  must be all the magic cherries--thanks, lsubatgirl!


so far today:


b: coffee w/half & half, oatmeal


l: "light" chicken quesadilla from sharky's (fat-free rubbery cheese, yikes)


s: big handful of salted peanuts


d: salad w/chicken, pistachios, dried cranberries and light vinaigrette dressing, the rest of my cherries for dessert


e: 1 hour hip-hop dance class with a friend

congrats on the loss!!! I ate about a bajillion calories yesterday.


B: blueberry vitamuffin, coffee


L: turkey on light wheat, cucumber, honey wheat pretzels


D: I dunno.


E: uh, do I have to? I am so not in the mood, but I will do something.

Congratulations on the weight loss Bumblebee!  I am stocking up on cherries & almonds this weekend to I hope to be joining in the weight loss parade again soon!


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  1/2 WW pita (filled w/ turkey, cucumbers, & tomato), carrots w/ homemade hummus


D:  Salad (w/ tomato, hard boiled egg, kidney beans, green onions), diet soda


E:  I've been bad the last couple days (in part due to both wrist and shoulder wierdness) so I'm back on it today.

whew, i haven't posted here in a while.  probably because i've been too ashamed of what i've been eating lately!  i haven't been eating a lot (when i'm stressed or have something on my mind, my appetite disappears), but whatever i do eat lately is CRAP!  i'm starting to get back on track though. 


b- apple cereal bar, string cheese, multi-vitamin (i finally started taking these again!)


s- handful of peanuts


l- either sushi or a salad, depending on where i go


s- cinnamon applesauce


d- slice of pizza (at an oc season finale party!)


e- oh god.  none.  again.  but i'm walking to my friend's house for the oc party!

This is my first time in this neck of the woods. I'm not on a diet, but I thought writing things down for all to see might keep me disciplined.


B-Whole wheat toast w/straw. jam, coffee


S-o.j., mango, papaya, pineapple smoothie


L-salad w/ turkey, asiago, and balsamic vin.


S-1/2 "take 5" bar


S-carrots and hummus


D-mini trader joes pizza


S-bowl of puffins w/ milk

Oh man you guys!  I just had to say that I MADE IT THROUGH DONUT DAY AT WORK WITHOUT GIVING IN TO THE CALL OF THE DONUTS!!!!
