I'm giving Parisian.com a thumbs down for horrible ordering procedures. The website is not set up to accept orders, but they do have a number to call in your order. I placed my order a week ago and called today to find the status. I was told, "They are still looking for your item; it has not been shipped yet." I asked if there was any way to speed up the process and was told she didn't know how to speed up the process. I asked if I could just call one of the stores and have it directly sent. She said I could do that if I wanted. She never offered to handle that for me.
I called a store and had it shipped with no problem, so why on earth couldn't they do that at the website? I guess they would have just let me wait in limbo; I was never contacted in any way. I doubt it would have been sent if I hadn't done it myself.
