To get off of a plateau you should try eating almonds, cherries, and salmon. They are all known for helping dieters get off a plateau. Last summer I ate cherries almost daily and I did drop 10 pounds. I'm definetly buying them this summer even if they are $5 a pound or something like that!

I get them at Whole Foods- they also have a website (vitalicious.com?). The one point muffins are 2oz, but they make 4oz ones as well. They are similar to a homemade muffin in size, so not gigantic, but they have lots of fiber so they're pretty filling. They have chocolate ones too that make great a dessert if you warm it up in the microwave.
i did really well with eating all last week, but i didn't work out at all. i did go out for a run on sunday, but that was the only day that i blew it a little with my diet. argh--going to try and get more in balance this week. today:
b: kashi w/n-f milk, coffee w/half & half, luna bar
l: chicken caesar salad. eating some of the roll because i just can't stop.
d: leftover grilled salmon and veggies. lime popsicle for dessert.
