Afternoon girls! I'm trying to stay on the diet trail this week with finals and all.  Its so hard not to eat while you study!


B: large bagel (5 pts) koolaid


S: chips ahoy 100 cal pack (2 pts)


L: PB&J sandwich (we are out of everything at home!) (3 pts)


D: probably subway turkey sandwich (7pts) & chips (3pts).  I have a final from 8-10 so I'll need to eat before then.


E: yeah right! gotta study!

I am soooooo back on track this week!


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  Italian wedding soup, carrots w/homemade hummus, 1 small homemade wheat-germ muffin, water


S:  1 piece dark chocolate


D:  Salad w/ kidney beans, hard boiled egg, green onions, 1/2 an avacado, 1/2 a tomato; diet soda and maybe another muffin


S:  1 piece dark chocolate, vanilla nut creme tea (yum!)


E:  Abs tonight and some stretching

b: puffed kashi, blackberries, silk


s: banana & some chocolates


l: leftover turkey & potato salad (from mother's day pot luck)


s: celery & low carb peanut buter (really good, btw)


d: veggies & brown rice... maybe chicken too, can't remember if i left it out to defrost!

B: 2 Special K breakfast bars


L: leftover spaghetti (about 1.5 cups) and some veggie marinara sauce that is sooo yummy! 1 slice of homemade pizza with w/w crust and only tomatos for sauce - also very good


D: something chinese - not sure yet but I'll do a lot of veggies and some shrimp or tofu and maybe a small amount of brown rice


E: was going to do a 5 mile walk but it's thunderstorming outside so it's out. (is it wrong to be happy about that) i guess i could hit the gym but i know i won't... *sigh* always with the guilt!
