L: leftover spaghetti (about 1.5 cups) and some veggie marinara sauce that is sooo yummy! 1 slice of homemade pizza with w/w crust and only tomatos for sauce - also very good
D: something chinese - not sure yet but I'll do a lot of veggies and some shrimp or tofu and maybe a small amount of brown rice
E: was going to do a 5 mile walk but it's thunderstorming outside so it's out. (is it wrong to be happy about that) i guess i could hit the gym but i know i won't... *sigh* always with the guilt!
