d: probably cooked veggies & brown rice (need to make up for my bad day/week)
w: giving blood this afternoon so i'm not sure if i should, but depending on how i feel i may do my hour yoga video.

L: Turkey/lettuce in WW pita, cheese stick, diet soda (to be eaten in the car on the way to the bank and the gas station)
D: Either a salad or a fajita

L: Something wholesome & organic (a Whole Earth Festival is at the college where I work today today)
S: Apple, popcorn to munch on while making dinner
D: Chicken w/ tomatillo sauce, rice, salad; parents over for dinner so probably some wine too!
E: Probably none since I'm making dinner right after work! Maybe some quick weights if I can squeeze it in.

E: none today. Working all day, running errands, then off for dinner and studying.

l: fish burrito from la salsa (along with a handful of their chips with salsa--a reward to myself for going to the dentist, but somewhat bad).
s: no snacks for me today!
