sorry i've been such a slacker girls... we got a new guy at work so everyone's on good behavior (no internet surfing)! anyways, today is a pot luck so it's gonna be a bad day!

l: potato salad (that's what i brought), & who knows what else!
L: chicken quesadillas (cheese, lettuce, chicken, pinto beans, cilantro) & chips (with queso) and water. (my friends found the one mexican place in town to go to who lost their freaking liquor license !!)
b: 1 piece protein bread w/tablespoon of sugar-free organic peanut butter, coffee w/half & half
s: peppermint luna bar
l: chicken teriyaki rice bowl w/veggies
d: lean cuisine mac & cheese, two lime ice pops for dessert (should have stopped at one, but only 60 cal. each and no fat, so it's not that bad...kind of...).
e: weights workout from self magazine and 30 min. cardio on bike and treadmill (yay!).
