sorry i've been such a slacker girls... we got a new guy at work so everyone's on good behavior (no internet surfing)!  anyways, today is a pot luck so it's gonna be a bad day!

Afternoon!

B: bagel with strawberry lemonade koolaid (5 pts)

L: chicken quesadillas (cheese, lettuce, chicken, pinto beans, cilantro) & chips (with queso) and water. (my friends found the one mexican place in town to go to who lost their freaking liquor license !!)

S: unsure...whatever is brought to class

D: left over crawfish etouffee (5 pts)

E: 45 mins weights, 40 mins cardio

in previous posts i was too scared to post let alone even read this section. but not i think it's going to be really helpful! :)

b: i skipped today but ate raw almonds to supplement

l: small salad with light tuna (in water), olives, and other veges / 1 miniature kitkat dark chocolate (i had to try it)

d: slice of pizza with mushroom and olive

e: elliptical 40 minutes, and maybe some jogging and weights.

b: 1 piece protein bread w/tablespoon of sugar-free organic peanut butter, coffee w/half & half


s: peppermint luna bar


l: chicken teriyaki rice bowl w/veggies


d: lean cuisine mac & cheese, two lime ice pops for dessert (should have stopped at one, but only 60 cal. each and no fat, so it's not that bad...kind of...). 


e: weights workout from self magazine and 30 min. cardio on bike and treadmill (yay!).
