Heylo - Does anyone have any money-saving and strife-saving tips for renting a car?  We are going to drive from Burlington, VT to Montreal in August for a few days.  Also, if anyone knows of any good deals, websites, coupons, etc., I would love to hear about them.  Thank  you!

If you or your husband belongs to AAA, they usually have great deals. Sometimes your credit card might have some deals too. Check their website. Other than that, I like Hotwire.com who will track the price of the rentals for you and send you emails when the price changes.

I've used priceline and gotten cars (a compact car) for $14/day. They aren't always that cheap but it may be worth a shot.
