Last week it was cookies. This week, someone foisted off a whole marionberry pie on me! Frankly, I would rather eat the pie than lose any weight this week!

I've been out of it lately (out of town and now have a wicked cold). Luckily yesterday I had no appetite, so that makes up for Monday's gorging of fried foods - the cold and all. ; )
B: Special K breakfast bar (2 points)
L: 1/2 pad thai with tofu & veggies from Pei Wei (8.75 points)
S: Kashi Go Lean Crunch (3 points) + 1 cup skim milk (1 point) - this will either be my mid-afternoon snack or I'll move it to after dinner if I'm not hungry. We'll see.
D: other half of the above patd thai (8.75 points)
E: none today. I can only breathe out of one orifice so running is not in my future. This is the third day I will have missed! Stupid colds. I suppose it happens.
sorry, I've been slacking with this thread. I've actually been doing really well though this week- yay!!

L: lean gourmet dijon chicken thing- 3 points. I really need to go grocery shopping.
S: take 5 bar. I was still starving after lunch- 5 points
D: I'll probably make a chicken nacho bake thing again...I ate it all last week but it was soo good and felt like junk food even though its really healthy.
