I would check with the bridal store that you purchased your bridesmaid dresses at first. But they cheapest place that you can get dyelable at is payless, since you know you won't ever wear the lilac shoes again....

I do remember back in 2003 I think that Diane Lane wore a lilac dress and her shoes matched. I remember thinking that it was the first time that I thought it looked pretty to have the same color shoes. I couldn't find any pics though.
