Nope, I think they are adorable if you are the type that could pull them off...and judging from your posts in thread style...I think you could pull them off.

Hmmm. You have the most adorable clothes and adorable style, so if I saw you in these, I *THINK* I would consider it a misstep. I could be wrong, but something about these makes me think no one could carry them off, not even stylish you! 

They look like a cross between hippy pants and pajamas. (I live in Colo. so I see them all the time.) Patchouli, anyone?  Sorry, that wasn't nice. But I couldn't resist...

I have a blazer from Roxy that is the exact pattern. It is adorable and I love it. You need these pants!

I had some Abercrombie madras capris that were more pastel toned and honestly it became too madras-y for my thighs (which aren't big but are thicker than other parts of my body)  Just something to think about- I would def. buy shorts of those, or a blazer, or a skirt.  I am only trying to persuade you in another direction in case you needed that.  I love your style and I know you could rock anything.

i think if anyone can make those hippie dippie patchwork pants look polished it's you.

JMO, but I agree with Lisa.  Your closet is full of wonderful pieces.  I just think these would be a blemish upon it. 

I'm sorry, I just do not like them at all.

hotcocoa- I feel like a total psycho telling you how I got them- I was actually going to pm you, but then I thought screw it, I'll tell everyone the story.

I was @ J.Crew the other day shopping and a customer brought the capris in to return them, but since she ordered them online they would not let her. I saw them and totally loved then, so I tried them on in the dressing room and they were my size. I gave the girl cash minus the shipping cost. Yeah, I know I totally weird, but I really loved them.

The new line had not come in yet and the sales girl said that she THOUGHT they would be carrying them in the store, but she was not totally sure about it. So they maybe there, but they may not.

That is so weird! You are allowed to rtn. anything to a store that you purchase online. I bought some dresses back in OCT and all the JCrew's in Atlanta no longer carry the dressier dresses, but they returned them no problem. They were actually really nice about it too.

Hot cocoa--- you so need those pants! I am a sucker for madras and I am dying for a skirt! I think they are preppy and classic( madras has been around forever...)
