I'm starting on Sunday. Has anyone done it? Any tips, results, experiences? I'm just looking for someone to share the experience with...
If anyone's interested I thought I'd post an update. I am starting day 5 today. So far I've been able to follow everything. I have not felt physically hungry. I have had some challanges, as I am still planning and preparing meals for my family. So at meal times I do have a desire to enjoy the foods with my family, but it's not too bad.
I have also been able to do the salt water flushes every morning, with the exception of today. This morning I had a slight somach ache so only did the tea. The lemonade IMO is an adjustment, but it's not bad at all...Someparts of the day I do actually enjoy it.
I have used parts of everyday to refelct on what I want from this experience. I have done some research on raw food diets as a lifestyle. My hubby has okayed the purchase of a juicer, so I'm going to start there and a few well reviewed raw recipies. I have a big challange the next few weeks taking my daughters on a mini vacation to a waterpark, and the 4th of July holiday with my in-laws, but I'm planning to pack some of my own things to eat and drink.
I did not do this to lose weight, but I could not help but check and as of today I'm down 8.6 lbs.

I don't know, I don't really support these types of things (mostly quick fixes IMO), since if you're eating healthy & getting plenty of water, your body cleanses itself out just fine. If it's for a medical reason or something, then that's different.
Best wishes for success, itsapinkthing! I wanted to start next week (got the books and everything), but my doc appointment got pushed to later in June. I plan on getting off the medications I'm taking before I start MC. I guess that is the best thing.
I view the Master Cleanse just like going to the dentist for a cleaning. The thorough cleaning and polishing gives me a kickstart or a refresher for my dental care. After a while, brushing, flossing, and swishing don't take care of long-term build-up and such; you gotta go to the dentist.
MC provides a kickstart for me to get back into eating well. It provides results quickly, which is good for morale.
Let us know how it goes. Have you visited the forum on www.therawfoodsite.com? Very helpful.
I did this for 14 days, and didn't lose more than 5 lbs. Basically, you're drinking sugar water. The most I gleaned from the experience was that I had the will power to "fast" for 14 days...
ETA: I didn't do the salt water part.

what site can i go to to read more info? like how many days and how much money and what you put in your body everyday?
Check out the forums on www.therawfoodsite.com there is a lot of information there. There is also a couple books, wich are worth reading. Really if you google "Master Cleanse" your bound to find a ton of info, just becareful and try to educate yourself.
Do you feel any different? More energy? Less energy? I'd also be interested to hear if you have any noticeable difference in your hair or skin.
I dont know if I have more enery, but I certainly do not have any less. Although before cleanse when my kids went to bed I was usually ready to go too, but now I've been staying up at least 2 hours later than I used to. Today I noticed I do feel pretty calm. As for my skin, the only change I can say is it seems more mosturized, kinda of dewy but not oily. I did not have any breakouts some people claim to have while cleansing. My hair, noting to note really.
