Same color, the VS one just has a little more sparkle.  I love th cami underneath - just may have to place an order for that one!

i like your shrug better because i think it's more versatile.  the VS one is almost too sparkly for more casual outfits.  yours can be dressed up or down. 


i really like the cami underneath too!  it also comes in an color that fades from aqua to brown that would look great on you!
