hey! I have been so bad lately. I keep saying that, and that I need to get back on track, but its so hard right now.


B: just coffee


L: smart ones fajita chicken thing (4 points and gross)


D: nachos with chicken


E: no idea. I have no motivation.

i've been so busy i haven't really been posting! here we go for today:


b: kashi puffed rice cereal with a handful of fresh raspberries and n/f milk, coffee w/half & half


e: this is last night's--30 min. cardio on treddy, strength routine from self magazine, ab/back exercises from physical therapy. 


tonight: going to hip-hop dance class with a friend.

B: Weight Watcher blueberry muffin (3pts) Koolaid (0)

S: 1 cup grapes (1 pt)

L: Subway (6pts) chips (3pts)

D: unsure.

E: not sure. Am supposed to be doing that now but just got called away I might stop back by after my night class and skip the cousin's wedding shower (she's only having 4!)

Holy guacamole ladies I think I've fallen off the wagon!  Well, I think at this point I'm holding on to the back of the wagon for dear life as huge dancing donuts try to pry my fingers off ...


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple, but would've been a donut if they hadn't been gone when I got to them


L:  'Naked' fajita, cheese stick, diet soda


D:  A salad for SURE tonight - last night I ended up eating an entire bag of zesty butter popcorn and a fajita for dinner !!!
