I have an interview Friday afternoon at 4pm with this really great internet marketing company. I need everyone's help on some great interview questions and tips. I have been on a couple of interviews and as a friend of mine put it I was "always a bridesmaid, never the bride".
I've gotten really close but couldn't close the deal. Anyone have any great zinger questions or things I can say?
Here's the company that I'm interviewing with. ePrize.com
Thanks!

1) Always try to look professional, polished and stylish. A lot of their judging will be based on your appearance.
2) Do your research on the company, and make sure they know about it. Throw it in somewhere during the conversation... "Yes, I'm very excited about the prospect of working for your company. I read in the WSJ that your company did excellent in the 4th quarter"
3) Ask your non-HR interviewer what they like about the company, and how they got started in their career as a "so and so title" and came to this company.
4) Ask your interviewer if she/he minds if you take notes, and if no, take them. Show them that you are interested in everything she/he has to say.
Thanks for the awesome advice! I definitely am going to bring up bits about their company in the interview. I did it in my cover letter that I sent to them. Here is part of what I wrote, check it out....
It is stated that at ePrize, your culture is about passion, focus on excellence, accountability and the delieverance of great work to your clients. I feel that I represent all of these qualities because I hold high standards for myself and the work that I represent. This is evident by consistently being a member of the President's list while receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. I feel that my high standards of customer service, resourcefulness, and attention-to-detail would be great assets to ePrize.
I love your tips, thanks so much for your help!

The one thing my school did right was to prepare us for interviews:
I agree w/ Karina- look exceptionally polished and do research.
Also, you want to have questions to ask the interviewer. Think questions about "How supportive do you feel that executive management is?" You can get an idea about the corporate culture and the hierarchy of the company (if there is one).
Look into campaigns they have done. Compliment them on the work and how you can bring value to that kind of work.
If they ask you "What would your previous boss say you need to work on" make sure you spin it into a good light. My favorite is that I have to be involved in everything that is going on. But that makes me well informed... blah blah blah.
