I sometimes pick up Saveur magazine (it's like a combo food/travel magazine with amazing pictures and recipes) and the latest issue had a big article on Istanbul- food, culture, etc. It also had a little bit about "what to do, where to eat" type stuff. I immediately thought of you and wanted to pass along the article.
Here's the link on Saveur's webpage: I just searched for "Istanbul" because there doesn't seem to be a Issues link or anything like that. http://www.saveur.com/search_results_listing.jsp?q=istanbul&site+searchSEARCH=SEARCH

wow, thanks relrel! i wasn't able to open the link for some reason but my internet is acting weird today so i'll try again later. or i may just run to borders and pick up the magazine. i assume it's the june issue? thanks for thinking of me! i'd love to add the article to my stash (which is rather small, actually).
Bummer that link doesn't work. If you just type in "Istanbul" into the search box at the top-right, the couple of articles should pop up. But I recommend picking it up from the bookstore if you can because the pictures are fabulous!
It's the latest issue, which I assume to be June. It's issue #120, if that helps.
