L - buffet Indian food: lentil & chicken curry, raita, naan bread (yummm), pampadums, salad, rice (only ate til full, though I am still very full now 2 1/2 hours lalter), water

D - british "healthy" fry-up (turkey sausage, over-easy egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, Heinz baked beans, sourdough toast, brown sauce) its pretty fatty in the UK, but I only grill everything instead of frying it and only eat small portions except the beans which are healthy anyway!
