I did the Quick Trouble Zones workout from OnDemand (still Jillian) and it totally rocks! Still only 20 minutes, lots of focus on arms/abs/glutes/thighs. Whew!

I was thinking of looking into getting her other one that targets muffin tops...I forget the name....but I heard its an hour. I really dont want an hour of intense Jillian! I don't think I'll stick to it.
I don't get OnDemand, I have Direct tv.
So she has a dvd out that's only 20mins called Quick Trouble Zone right? What tools ya need? I'm going to check out Amazon and read the reviews on there too.
WOOOOOOHOOOOO!!! Congratulations! I am so proud of you! I still have her DVD in my workout rotation, and I still hate level 3 - especially the mountain climbers.
I like the Jackie Warner One-on-One DVD and I have been running and going to ashtanga yoga too. I just ordered the Tonique Fitness DVD which has a similar multi-muscle use approach. I'll review it when I get it!

I think with both her longer workouts (Cardio blast and Trouble Zones) you can select the sections you want and omit the ones you don't, so you control the content and length yourself. I don't know if the Quick Trouble Zones version is it's own DVD or not? Still just need some weights and a little space!

I'm so proud of you, Tati! I've decided that once we move to our house, if that ever happens, I'm going to start over. It's just too hard to try and exercise and jump around when you live in an upstairs apartment.
