I need a new facial soap.  Any suggestions?  I have combo skin so I would like something that will stop breakouts but still be sensitive.

I've had success w/Phisoderm.  Some people swear by Cetaphil, but I didn't care for it.

I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash because I'm prone to breakouts, and it works great for me.  I used to use Cetaphil before I was breaking out too, and that worked nicely too.  HTH!

The best face wash is this

Purity Made Simple

Philosophy Purity Made Simple. I have combo skin in the winter and super-oily skin in the summer. This isn't specific to any skin type, so I use it year round, and it cleanses really well without being drying. I can now skip using makeup remover because this gets everything off.

I this stuff.

One note on Purity face wash; it won't clear up break outs because there isn't any ingredient in it that fights acne.  It will fully clean your face though - better than anything I have tried.

Alas, I can no longer use it because I really need an acne fighter.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear you can't use it.  I know you really liked that product.

I also have combination skin that's quite sensitive. I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, and I love it. I've been using for a few years, and it still works great. My skin hasn't grown immune to it or anything.

Dermalogica Anti-Bac Skin Wash:

I have used this and it did wonders for my skin.  I love that it is so gentle and my esthetician told me I can use it at night and in the morning and if I did start to get dry then I could just do it at night and then rinse my face in the morning with water.  Right now I'm using Dermalogica's special cleansing gel but I think I might go back to this because I want to control my break-outs.

I love the Kiehl's blue one--

It has really kept my face clear.

And don't forget to moisturize, NO MATTER WHAT. Because if your skin is dry, your skin produces more oil, which leads to bacteria and acne.

I second Dermalogica and Mario Badescu. I love the foaming gylcolic cleanser (I don't like foaming cleansers, and I don't feel like it foams at all, it barely bubbles.) I can get about 6-8 months use out of the Mario bottle. It's online and at Nordstroms. Dermalogica I buy at Beautyfirst, or online.
