So ... is everyone doing it everyday? I feel like I wouldn't want to do it more than every other day, because my arms are pretty sore from the weight sections. But I'm not sure how it's intended to be done. (I do work out most days, so I'd do other things on the days I'm not doing this.) Is three days a week enough to see results, ya think?
Oh, I did it last night but it was super late... I really pushed myself and watched my form and can feel it today. I'm starting to feel like some parts are beginning to be more toned. Oh and it was day 6 of level one. Tomorrow I'll probably remeasure and weigh in to see what and if I lost anything.
I try for 3 days a week too, and I'm seeing results. Not many new ones lately because my life has been conspiring against exercise this week ... . I think I might try one of her other workouts OnDemand until I get a little DVD for the bedroom. I'll let you know!

I've only skipped one day... but I'm looking for some pretty quick results in my arms. I'm tired of feeling self conscience in short sleeve and sleeveless and since it's that season I'm wanting to tone these babies as quickly as I can :)
