I used to ad a frozen veggie stir-fry to the couscous, ut's very good too.
Ameiie - I have the feeling that more than the proteins, it's the low amount of fat in a vegan diet that cen makeyou so tired and weak. A vegan diet is extremely low in fats, only the nuts and oils have it.
