I guess I shouldn't be so hard on myself. I am happy on where my body is and how it looks now than I was before I started Shred. But you know us girls, we always keep wanting more....
So Tati, how do you feel after doing this for 27 days? I hope this isn't too personal, but have you lost weight, toned up? And which body parts do you think have changed most?
I keep doing the shred off and on but would probably stick to it better if I knew I'd get good results.
LoMish- No problem, I don't mind at all! I feel and see some good results. My stomach has gotton a lot smaller in the front and I feel and see a difference on the sides of them too. My arms are much toned but they don't look like Jillian's! and my legs! My legs are more toned and I know I've gone down inches on my belly, arms and legs but I'm a dummy that didn't take measurements when I started. I wish I had! when I first started this video I squeezed myself in my 29 Hudson's. Now I put them on with NO problem and they fit me a LITTLE lose here and there. My thighs have gone down a lot! I tried on my bikini the other day, and I can honestly say that I can't wait to wear it! My ass looks much better too! I have less cellulite and dimples around my thighs and butt. I will wear my bikini this year with more confidence for sure!
